I ended up finding J&S by complete accident one day and decided to give them a shot. Best decision I could’ve made. The owner is seriously one of the sweetest people I’ve met. You can tell he actually cares about people and isn’t just trying to get as much money out of you as possible. He did a transmission service, reattached my bumper, and while looking everything over, he found that my thermostat had completely failed. I had no idea and if he hadn’t caught it, my engine could’ve started overheating, which then turns into a much bigger (and much more expensive) problem. He replaced the thermostat and did a coolant flush. My car has been driving great ever since. I even went back a few days ago because a piece on my car needed to be clipped back into place. He fixed it in about two minutes and sent me on my way. Good people are hard to find these days, especially in the auto industry. They’ve earned themselves a lifelong customer. 😁😁

Stumbled across this place last week because I heard a noise. Turns out my tire was damaged and I desperately needed brakes. The owner was genuinely concerned and sent me somewhere I could get a tire right away. I came back for the lowest quoted brake job. (I shopped all week!) He literally spent the entire day searching for the right pads. I paid what he quoted me and not a penny more! Amazing staff! The young lady at the front desk is now my best friend! :) I have a new mechanic and will be taking my car there from now on!

Jonas replaced the housing, added the new gaskets, and installed a new serpentine belt (the old one was starting to crack), all in over an hour! Excellent work for an excellent price!
