Greg (owner) was able to remove a broken spark plug from my 2007 Mustang GT without his help, and patience I would of had to purchase a whole new engine. He saved me thousands of dollars, and kept the entire process transparent, and fair. Wonderful business ran by some fantastic folks check this place out.

Can NOT say enough positive things about this place. The owner spent 7 months HAND-DRILLING a broken-off spark plug out of the engine of our Mustang. Every other place would’ve just laid out one option: a new engine. But he put in so many hours to make it work. I had an overheating problem with my Kia. It overheated one time, never happened again. Casually asked about it at the next routine oil change. He spent several hours running every test imaginable in an attempt to recreate the issue and confirm a diagnosis. The dedication, diligence, and determination of the staff here is something you just don’t find in the auto world anymore. 10/10, never take your car anywhere else.

I have been going to epic automotive for years. Greg is a fantastic mechanic, very knowledgeable with all your German car needs. They also have a fantastic detail shop. They have color corrected all of my cars throughout the years with fantastic results! Can’t recommend them enough! They took care of my very scratched up model S and most recently made my Taycan shine like it has never shined before!

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I brought my van in to replace the alternator and battery, and I was charged around $3,300, for the service. I trusted their work and picked up the vehicle, but less than 24 hours later, the van had completely lost coolant. After inspecting the issue, it turned out the radiator had been punctured. I returned to the shop and explained that the problem started immediately after their service, especially considering that components around the radiator are typically accessed during an alternator replacement. However, despite speaking with both the owner and mechanics, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they quoted me an additional $1,200 to repair the radiator. I declined and took my van to another diesel mechanic for a second opinion. The new shop confirmed that the radiator had been punctured by a sharp object, likely during the previous repair. They fixed the issue for $620. For comparison, this second shop also quoted only $980 total (parts and labor) for the same alternator and battery replacement that I was originally charged over $3,300 for. This experience raises serious concerns about both pricing and workmanship. Overcharging is one issue, but damaging a customer’s vehicle and refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop with your vehicle.
