I had an amazing experience at Dragneel Automotive! The team did a transmission removal and replacement and also installed new wheels and rims on my car. The service was incredible from start to finish! everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. Not to be stereotypical, but as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were in walking me through everything that was done and explaining how to better maintain my car in the future. My car is driving so smoothly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I definitely recommend Dragneel Automotive to anyone looking for quality work and amazing customer service!

Trustworthy, reliable, friendly. We are a one car family and had a hard time finding someone at other shops to work with us to get the AC repaired to lessen the time we would need to be without the car. Dragneel repaired our AC for a reasonable amount and efficiently. We really appreciate their kindness and professionalism and especially having cold AC again going into the summer months. We will come back for more services and recommend to all our friends.

I had a great experience at Dragneel Automotive and I’m so grateful for their help. My car had a severe oil leak that caused it to start smoking unexpectedly. I had gone to another mechanic first and was told the valve cover needed to be replaced. A family member recommended Dragneel Automotive because they offer payment plans, which was important to me at the time since I was going through a financial hardship. From the moment I walked in on Friday, the team was friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable and reassured. They let me leave my car so their master technician could thoroughly inspect it, and they kept me informed throughout the process. It turned out there was an additional leak that needed attention. Victor was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He walked me through my options, explained everything clearly, and worked hard to help me find a solution that fit within my budget. He was patient while I figured out the financing details and made sure I understood everything. Been meaning to leave this review for a while but now is the perfect time! Back in Friday September 22, on my way back from playing volleyball my 2019 Hyundai Accent started noticably shaking with my engine light flashing. I knew it was serious and after doing some research I saw that repair could possibly cost me as much as $3000-$5000 or if I'm lucky only a few hundred depending on the cause. The next day I took it to my local auto shop and they determined that the repair was going to cost me about $4000 but they were vaguely answering my questions and wouldn't tell me the exact cause of the problem! I tried to find other shops to take it to and my friend recommended Dragneel Automotive. I was strapped for time since I had work Tuesday so I went to the shop that Monday, and the level of service and communication was top-notch! After Carlos and the crew ran the diagnostic on my car, not only did he tell me the cause but he also showed it to me through his OBD2 scanner. Turns out it was a misfire due to bad sparks plugs and the repairs only cost me a little over $200! I came back later that day after they were done with the repair and the car was good as new. It is even running better than before the misfire started.No shaking and no flashing engine light! The best part it it's been almost a month now and my car is still running good. I will definitely be coming back the Dragneel for future services they really are a valuable business in the Marietta community!

My 7 year old Lexus has ONLY been serviced by the dealership; including oil changes. I ventured out for the first time and am THANKFUL to report Dragneel Automotive did an amazing job!! Thank you to Victor & Carlos for the care and professionalism. I'll be sure to recommend you to everyone I know!
