Had my car towed 10 miles from my church parking lot to Crown Transmission after it wouldn't go into any gear. Mr Macy was very helpful and so pleasant to work with. He contacted me often when he needed my approval or to inform me of where they were at in the transmission replacement. The replacement consisted of all brand new parts, no rebuilds or repairs. My SUV is 13 years old, but I am not in the market for a new car at this time. The rest of the car is in good condition, so I decided to have the transmission replaced, and now I can drive it for several more years. They did a great job! I highly recommend and trust Crown Transmission!

Macy does amazing business. Very transparent and thorough. Did a transmission service after i had a couple codes and showed me the work he had done by video and showed the old parts as well. He let me know that it’s not a permanent fix but should buy me some more time with these CVT transmissions with Nissan… regardless of how it plays out, you can’t discredit integrity and business acumen.. he knows how to make the customer feel heard
