Mac has been great to work with so far. He’s very friendly, honest, and his pricing came in lower than other places I contacted, which I really appreciate. Even though the car isn’t finished yet, he’s kept us updated throughout the process and has been transparent about everything going on. That level of communication and care goes a long way. Looking forward to seeing the final result, but so far it’s been a very positive experience. Most definitely will be coming back!

They wouldn't stick to their quoted price. I got a quote to fix my broken A/C in 2025. I delayed the repair, and a year later I came back in to ask if the quote was still valid so I could get it done. Understandably they said they'd need to raise labor costs slightly to keep up with inflation by about $10-$20. When I offered to pay cash to offset the credit card transaction fees that merchants pay, they said they'd do it for the original quoted price. Two hours after dropping off my car, I got a call saying the parts prices went up and I'd need to pay an additional $150. They should have checked on that before we agreed on a price. I told them I found this late-notice price raise unprofessional and asked for my car back. I was told passive-aggressively to go to the Nissan dealership and see if that's more professional. Won't be coming back.

Gr8 place for auto repair/ inspection. Was given an appointment for pre-purchase car inspection immediately upon call. Took hardly 30 min in and out. Inspection report was very clearly explained as to what parameters were checked and why they were important. Mac and his companions were very professional and polite in conversation. Would definitely recommended and would love to return for any repairs/inspections in future if needed.

Met with Mac and Jesse today to get a pre-purchase inspection. I was blown away with their warm approach and openness, inviting us to follow them from the beginning to the end of the inspection. I’m sure today wasn’t too busy for them and results may vary, but they made me feel like I was making the most informed and educated decision possible. No exaggerating the flaws to get more business down the line and absolute transparency, with the owner Mac even telling me where I could go for a better price. They have definitely earned my business and trust in the future. Don’t be afraid of the few bad reviews they have, their new mechanic team is top-notch and the boss seems unafraid to get his hands dirty. Really refreshing to get the honest opinion of a hands-on mechanic, rather than a pre-packaged (and liability-concerned) mechanics report. Great and knowledgeable people.
