My wife had a slow leak in her tire and she stopped by Blue Ridge Automotive. They were very responsive and so courteous and immediately turned their attention to her situation. They discovered a small nail was the problem plugged the tire and sent her on her way. They did not even charge her for their time. Folks, that is how you earn new business and create loyalty. I had a really great experience with Blue Ridge Automotive. I initially came in because my battery light turned on. I tried to fix it myself first by replacing the battery, but my car ended up stalling on the way home, so I brought it in. Gavin and Kristen at the front desk were both incredibly kind and helpful. During my first visit, they tightened my battery connectors, which we thought had solved the issue. They also mentioned it could be the alternator, but since the battery light turned off, they didn’t push unnecessary repairs. They had actually ordered an alternator just in case, and were willing to hold it for a couple of weeks to see if the issue came back—which I really appreciated. About three weeks later, the battery light came back on, and they quickly reordered the alternator and had everything fixed the same day. The whole process felt honest, thoughtful, and not rushed. My car has been running great since, and I haven’t had any issues. They also offer a key dropbox for after-hours pickup, which is super convenient. Overall, excellent service, kind and trustworthy staff, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Great experience getting my car's brakes, suspension and hoses inspected. Work was also done in a professional manner. I first talked to Gavin, who was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When I arrived, I was helped by Kristen, who was also professional, courteous and great to deal with. This experience is unlike others I've had and I'll definitely return for any other work. I highly recommend them.
