I pull up to get my tire checked because it’s losing air, I end up just asking him to fill the tire up with air instead of repairing it. He tells me it’s free, then as im leaving he asks for a tip TWICE, give him 10 bucks so he shuts up. As I leave he jacks up another customers car partially on the side skirt and I hear it crack and the other he customer is like 😬. And to top it off he only filled my tire up with 5 psi of air … never come here worst place I’ve been by far

🚨 AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Ben & Son Tires 🚨 ​If you value your safety and your hard-earned money, stay as far away from Ben & Son as possible. I am genuinely shocked that this place has anything higher than a one-star rating. ​Why You Should Run: ​Dangerous Staff: The installer reeks of alcohol and has a disgusting attitude. It is terrifying to think of someone in that condition working on a vehicle. ​Neglected Inventory (Dry Rot): It’s no wonder their tires are garbage; they store them outside, completely exposed to the elements. Because they aren't shielded from the weather, the rubber is badly dry-rotted before it even touches your car. ​Dishonest Ownership: The owner is a total scam artist. When you confront them about selling defective products, they lie and use every excuse in the book—blaming your vehicle for "tire issues" that they actually caused. ​The "No Warranty" Trap: I bought two tires that looked okay, but they are literally falling apart after almost no use. When I went back for help, they hid behind a "no warranty" policy and tried to scam me into an alignment I had just finished doing elsewhere. ​BOTTOM LINE: They are selling dangerous, weather-damaged junk and then gaslighting you when the tires fail. Save your life and your wallet—DO NOT GO HERE.

Super good people. Family atmosphere. If you need 1 tire or all 4 replaced I HIGHLY recommend you stop by Ben and Sons tires. I drove from the other side of Alpharetta to get here and I saved $100 on two tires and got better quality tires than any other business offered me.
