Upon calling the location after doing my research & finding ALL 4 TIRES via Google, I received great customer service, thorough communication, including price, quote, timeline and availability for service of my vehicle. I really appreciate this team for getting me in on such short notice and completing the service within 45 minutes. Cost was also affordable for a luxury vehicle. Thank you so much! I had an incredible experience at All 4 Tires in Marietta, and they’ve officially earned a spot on my trusted‑mechanic list. They honored my Groupon exactly as if I had paid full price — no attitude, no shortcuts, no difference in service. That alone already set the tone. They performed an excellent oil change, but what really impressed me was their thoroughness. During their inspection, they discovered that my engine had very little coolant, something that could have led to major, expensive damage if it hadn’t been caught. They didn’t just change my oil; they protected my car and my wallet. I have to highlight Ms. Kellyn Turkovic, the on‑site manager. She is hands down the sweetest, most hospitable manager I’ve ever encountered at a mechanic shop. She made sure I was comfortable, set me up with a place to work while my car was being serviced, and treated me like a valued customer, not a transaction. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in getting me safely back on the road — and they did exactly that. I left with confidence in my car’s safety and in the integrity of the people who worked on it. I highly recommend All 4 Tires. Honest, thorough, and customer‑focused shops like this are rare, and they deserve recognition.

Kellen, my initial contact at the Marietta location, was phenomenal in providing excellent customer service from our very first call regarding my vehicle repair. She gave me an estimated quote that matched the actual cost when I brought my vehicle in. They use advanced technology to identify issues with your vehicle and share that information with you in real time, along with expert advice from their technicians. The communication was outstanding—I even interacted with the owner,Alex, who was excellent at explaining the details of my service. Unlike other repair shops, they did not pressure me to fix additional issues that were not urgent. I truly appreciate that level of transparency and honesty. I definitely plan on returning to them to address those items in the near future.

I bought and used a Groupon voucher for wheel alignment and rotation and I did so based upon the experience of my daughter there a few weeks ago. But on the morning I was going I decided to read the more recent reviews several of which made me question what I'd done but be aware of what might happen when I went. I recommend you read them too. On entering and handing over my voucher I made it clear from the outset that I didn't want any other work done. Good idea 💡 I handed over my keys and sat in the waiting room. A lady in there also had a Groupon voucher for an oil change and they wouldn't do it so she had to pay for something else but not too sure of all the details. Anyway, I was given my keys back and all was ready to go. I was told that my "invoice" would be sent to me which it was and for what I went for the cost was $0. It came with an inspection report which is mandatory with the voucher and a list of work costing over $1000. Some were "optional" items, one was "recommended". I'm so glad that I made it clear that I wouldn't be doing any "extra" work and avoided any arguments which others appear to have had. Prepare yourself well went you go particularly if using a Groupon voucher.
