I’ve been a customer at Accurate Auto Care for the last two years, and I continue to be impressed every single visit. I bring all four of my vehicles here, and the service has been consistently outstanding. When I first came in, I was overwhelmed and struggling to find a trustworthy shop that could handle my whole fleet. Randall was the one who received me that very first day, and he immediately put me at ease. He assured me they would take care of all my vehicles, and he has kept that promise ever since. Gage has also been wonderful on every front — knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain what’s going on with each vehicle. Between Randall’s reassurance and Gage’s excellent customer service, I always feel confident that my cars are in good hands. I even recommended Accurate Auto Care to a friend who was also having trouble finding a reliable shop, and they were taken care of just as well. That kind of consistency is rare and says everything about how this team operates. Accurate Auto Care is honest, reliable, and truly committed to their customers. I’m grateful to have found a shop I can trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and genuine professionalism.

I came here to get all my fluids flushed and refilled on a Monday. I had a great experience and everyone was friendly. Fast forward to Thursday. I went to another place to get new tires put on my vehicle. After they put them on, I was advised by them that two lug nuts on 2 different tires were stripped and I would need either new lug nuts or new studs. I called Accurate Care Automotive to let them about the issue. They denied taking the tire off and were very lethargic about even wanting to help. They said "we'll investigate, but I don't think it was us. I pled my case to no avail. I got SO frustrated, I had to just tell them I'll pay someone else to do it and hung up before I said something I would regret. I will post wherever I need to telling of my experience, as well as contemplating filing a suit in small claims court, depending on how much it costs me to fix. I now do not have my vehicle to drive and have to find a car to borrow, My experience with them was negative and do not recommend. May consider legal action in Small Claims court.

I highly recommend Accurate Care Automotive. Gage listened to my concerns, provided accurate feedback, and exemplified top notch customer service. I had an airbag light on and they tested and repaired the problem QUICKLY, with reasonable prices. I am impressed by this shop. From the first call, to picking up your car, you will experience honest, caring. professionals. I was visiting family in Georgia and drove 45 minutes away for this shop to repair my vehicle. I'm so happy that I did.

I had an excellent experience at Accurate Care Auto. Tylor took great care of me and made the whole process easy and stress‑free. What really stood out was how thorough they were — they didn’t just fix the issue I came in for, they also checked for maintenance items I had forgotten about. In today’s auto repair world, it’s hard to feel like you can trust anyone, but Accurate Care Auto changed that for me. I felt completely at ease with their honesty, communication, and attention to detail. They did a great job, and I truly enjoyed working with Tylor. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

Randall and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. They are honest and will let you know how important each repair is and whether it can be deferred. I've been coming here for years with multiple cars with no complaints. This last time after paying for my repairs, one of the employees Gage noticed my key fab did not work right and offered to take a look at it free of charge. I had replaced the battery before, but there was a different issue with it. He worked on it for a few minutes and now I have a key that works and I thought it was defective! The service here is excellent and the prices are what you would expect for most repairs. Turnaround is usually quick as well!
