Grayson Tire and Auto

I had the greatest experience with the entire team at Grayson Tire and Auto. In May 2025, I called them about fixing the blower motor in my car. Their personnel were the only people to fully explain why the service cost so much. They had so much patience when I called and asked 100 questions, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will definitely return for my auto care needs!

I had needed a battery replacement via my AAA warranty and they told this place was one of two places near me that I could visit. I called and Anthony let me know that I can just head over. I was in and out in 20 mins. Begged to leave the guy a tip and he only wanted a review. Plenty of parking, clean location and awesome customer service.

Grayson Tire & Auto should be everyone’s Go to for Mechanic work. Today, was infact my 2nd trip in months to there shop, due to my Chevy Treverse needing work done. Specifically,Erica & Anthony gave me top notch customer service on all levels….they both went above & beyond for me….From dropping me off home & picking me back up when my truck was ready. Even their down to earth communication was something I’ve never seen before,from a body shop crew….Erica & Anthony thank you both & the rest of the Grayson Auto crew,for taking care of me & my truck….I recommend this shop & ppl working in it….Great service,phenomenal people. I've really grown to love this place and have never had a bad experience! GTA was extremely helpful when I needed a quick checkup some months back, and recently were a major help when my car needed some important brake and radiator work. Big shout out to Aaron and Abraham, incredible customer service and reliable mechanic work! As a young woman who only knows the bare basics in car maintenance, it's nice to have people who will be honest about repairs without talking down to you or trying to give some bogus add ons. If they're telling you what your car needs, they're doing it because its the truth, and that honesty is a breath of fresh air.

At first, I was required to come here because this one of the places that my company chooses to maintenance our vehicles. But just know I have 2 options of where to take my work truck. I bring it here every time. If I didn’t live so far, I would bring my person vehicle here too. Anthony and Shea provide very pleasant customer service! I mostly deal with Anthony. I always forget his name. I’m terrible with names but he always is the best. He takes the time to talk to me like a real person and answer my questions. He explains the problems my truck are having. He literally just taught me about the internal design of my trucks water pump and advised me on how to watch for it better in the future. This is a great business and I enjoy coming here. They are quick and precise. Great team!
