I had an excellent experience with this shop. I brought my vehicle in to address a purge system issue, and the repair was completed promptly and with a high level of professionalism. The front desk staff were exceptional—courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, creating a level of comfort and trust that is rare to find. They also provided a complimentary ride home, which was greatly appreciated and demonstrated their commitment to customer convenience. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. As now The issue has been resolved, and the check engine light is no longer on. I will confidently return in the future and highly recommend this business to others.

I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automative because they’re honest, does great work, very responsive and has great customer service. I recently took my car there to get it fixed and they did an amazing job and I received my car back very quickly. I like the fact that my representative was very informative and educated me every step of the way on what was being done. The process for everything was very reasonable and I didn’t feel like they were just trying to sale me stuff. 10/10 highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service 👏 Clean automotive shop. Very polite. They greet you when you arrive. On time service. Shuttle ride if needed.(Art is a wonderful driver) Provide status and details of your car vehicle while waiting. Not demanding to getting service completed. Received itemized bill of all services rendered. After brakes and rotors replaced I could tell the difference in the performance of my vehicle. Overall an amazing experience. Received a follow up phone call the next day from Jason checking in. Amazing! I would use their service again.

Jonathan and crew were very informative and I throughly enjoyed my conversation with the shuttle gentleman. They can count on me for my business going forward. I got recommended for a service from a prior dealership. When CB checked it out, they realized that I didn't need it at all. They could have easily provided the service and charged me but they didn't. Honesty in a company. We need move of that in today's society.
