My Experience has been great. They have all of your tire needs. Every size, brand and style. They also have great customer service in the warehouse. After you have purchased your tires, the guys help with your order to assure you have the right order. Exceptional great customer service. I think of it as like a one stop shop for your rims and tire needs. Great place. Definitely would recommend

View on GoogleI usually picked up tire from this location 2-3 times a week for past the 5 years. Everytime, it takes about 2-10 minutes wait. Last 6 months, it takes 45 minutes to 1+ hours to wait to pick up. I complain to them few times with no luck. Bad service and management . Usually don’t leave review unless it is really bad. Will try to get tires elsewhere. Updated on 6/12/2024. After continue to use Tire Rack 3-4 months later with no issues, I am updating and give you guys a 5 stars. Thanks for listening & addressing the issues.
View on GoogleI have purchased MANY sets of tires and rims over the years from tire rack Always satisfied UNTIL NOW I bought a set of aluminum rims and snow tires for Corolla for my daughter - the rims failed - ruined the tires and tire rack will only offer me 20% off new rims These are brand new with maybe 2000 miles on them I was harassed, fogged, ignored, and simply told to fly a kite. NEVER again will I purchase from tire rack Better off buying from Walmart - they will homor any issues and make right at any location nation wide Screw tire rack I learned my lesson - they suck
