I came to Action Tires expecting straightforward pricing, but was surprised at the register with a $15 credit card fee. View on GoogleI have had a tow truck for 18 years. I always put my 19.5 tires on myself, but because of a pain in my back that I have now. Yesterday, January 31, 2025, I went to Action Tire Doraville to place them. It was definitely the worst experience I have ever had. Today, February 1, when I started my day at 8am, the wheel on the driver side was flat. (reason: loose valve) which they also gave me new ones. For the installation of the 2 wheels I paid $225. I made the decision to repair it myself. I went to autozone to buy a valve and change it. I have photos and proof of everything I have said. . I think they would have to refund me half of what I paid for defective work.

Just needed someone to pull two tires off a reefer trailer and let me chain the axle up while they do it and I couldn’t even tell them that was what I needed between him saying “we don’t do any mechanical” then hanging up. I guess asking a tire place to remove two tires is too much to ask these days. Onward
