Auto Service Center

They quoted a price then changed it. The price ranged from $400 to $550. I agreed. Had the car towed there the next day all of a sudden that same service became $1350…then he lowered it to $1100. When I declined the service and stated I would pick my car up I arrived and was treated very dismissively and rude. When they gave me my keys and I went to pull my own car. I realized they parked my car facing the street knowing that my car would need a jump to be moved. As I looked at all the other cars they were working on they were all reversed in with access to the hood…only my car was faced forward obstructing access to the hood. I went back in and asked if they could give me a jump. The man was agitated and said “it’s not gonna start anyways”. He came out to give me “a jump”…he put something on my car for i kid you not less than a minute slammed my hood shut and walked off and went inside without saying a single word to me. My car didn’t turn on didn’t make a single sound. Thankfully someone else saw the situation and pulled their car up on the grass and gave me a jump! I was able to make it to autozone 7 mins up the street and they have assisted me.

Unprofessional of this company to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at and it never ends up getting looked at after SITTING there for 9 hours then y'all have NO explanation as to why my car wasn't looked at? it ONLY needed to be checked, nothing more nothing less. If you couldn't get to the car you could've called so we could pick it up and take it elsewhere but you wasted our time. We picked y'all because of the ratings, but the service we got, or lack there of, puts a bad taste in my mouth and i'll be sure to never recommend this place to anyone i know.

I know nothing about the Doraville/ Norcross area. My Pathfinder broke down on 285 and I made the choice to go to the Auto Service Center Based on the reviews on Google. I'm glad I trusted them to diagnose my problems and get the old beater back on the road. Clay, Brock and everyone else were very helpful. Very Professional and Courteous Business. If you have time try the BuzZin Burrito down the way in the same shopping plaza!

Don't bring your car here is you don't have days to wait. For it to get it looked at brought my car in 5 mins after they opened for a scheduled appointment to get it the check engine light diagnosed. Waited to the whole day called the last hour they were opened to find out they haven't even looked at it. Just went and picked up my car instead these people don't respect my time wasted the whole day when i could have just found a shop that could see me that day. People were rude as well would not recommend or return legit thanks for nothing. Edit as you can see by the owners response they are very rude. talking a lot of crap for someone that takes appointments to do a 20 min diagnostic and can't find the time to do it in an entire day and then get butt hurt when someone call them on it. Btw got the diagnosis and fixed in less than a hour with a mobile tech these place is legit a joke.
