I had a great experience with New Gen Mobile Mechanics. My 2012 Ford Explorer suddenly wouldn’t start and was stranded in a parking lot. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, and performed a thorough diagnostic instead of just guessing at the problem. Took out my old starter and replaced it with a new one. They took the time to explain what was wrong, answered all of my questions, and provided a fair quote before starting any repairs. The convenience of having the work done on site saved me the cost and hassle of a tow. The technician (Nestor) was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find honest mechanics these days, and I appreciated their communication and customer service. It was all done in less than 1 hour. If you’re dealing with a no start issue or need a reliable mobile mechanic, I would definitely recommend New Gen Mobile Mechanics.

I had such a great experience with my mechanic, Nestor! As soon as I texted him to let him know my car was shaking, he came out the same day to check it and fixed it that same day too. He was very honest, trustworthy, and explained everything clearly. On top of that, his pricing was very affordable and reasonable. Super friendly and professional as well. I will definitely be using him for all of my car needs going forward. Highly recommend!
