Great experience from start to finish. The team was honest, professional, and explained everything clearly before working on my car. Repair was done faster than expected and the vehicle runs perfect now. Pricing was great and there were no surprise charges. Definitely recommend them if you need reliable auto work. Also front staff (Frank) was Friendly, respectful, and focused on making sure I was informed and taken care of throughout the entire process. People who are giving this shop a bad rep are people who want to be in the door in 4 and out in 7 and want to bring their own parts and know nothing about cars Mind you this is a very busy street. This is fantastic auto repair shop!

Ming’s Auto Service is the real deal. Honest people, fair prices, and great work. They fixed my catalytic converter and O2 sensor issue after my car failed emissions, I brought the parts, and they installed them quickly and reasonably. My car passed right after! If you want a shop that treats you right and doesn’t overcharge, go to Ming’s. I urge my fellow students and friends to come here, they’ll treat you right and get the job done!

Let me start by saying this gem of a shop located In Doraville is amazing l. I found this place bc I drive by it occasionally to and from work. I stop one day for an oil change and this place has been my home for my truck repair oil changes alignment you name it they can fix it. I also wanna give a big shoutout to Frank the guy behind the desk, he’s so knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I need to get done he even went out his way to call and send me text and pics of updates on my truck. All in all I give this place a solid 10/10.

Many glass fragments left under the seat after the glass cleaning and replacement service. Also, they did not have strong vacuum to properly clean up the small pieces of glass on the back seat, left it currently not safe to sit in. I had heard very good reviews about here, so I was honestly quite DISAPPOINTED with this experience. Response to owner’ comment - Before bringing my car in, I called your shop specifically to ask whether the broken glass would be cleaned out, and your staff clearly said yes. Based on that, I assumed you had the proper tools and experience to remove the glass safely. Before arriving, I had already removed the large pieces of glass from the seats and floor mats myself. I expected that a professional shop would take care of the harder parts of the cleanup. Instead, I left with many glass fragments still under the seats, making the back seat unsafe for passengers. That is not a minor issue, it’s a safety problem. What is even more frustrating is your response claiming that glass underneath or between the seats is “not part of the job scope” because you are not a detailing shop. If that limitation had been clearly explained when I called, I would never have chosen your service. I reasonably expect that after paying for a broken window replacement, the vehicle will at least be safe to sit in and drive normally. Leaving sharp glass inside the car and then saying it is outside your responsibility is extremely disappointing. For transparency, I’m including the owner’s response screenshot so others can judge for themselves.

Called about a repair to understand scheduling and pricing. Was told to come whenever but when I did, not only were they completely booked up but the pricing they said on the phone was no longer the case. They quoted an estimate higher in person than what they had estimated over the phone. There was no additional information given in person to influence the price either. It seemed they increased the price for no reason. I ended up choosing another mechanic and was happier with my choice.
