View on GoogleI usually have a good experience so I'm leaving 3 stars, but I don't think I'll be coming back. I was informed from today's inspection that my oil's been leaking from the last visit and they seemed to not want to take responsibility for it as they mentioned, "not sure who did your last oil change". I kindly reminded them they performed my last oil change and that the sticker was still in the left corner of the windshield. They said it wasn't a lot of leakage, reassured me it would be okay this time, but the oil stain I noticed in my parking garage would raise some concerns. I had brushed it off because of previous positive experiences and my lack of knowledge. This issue also reminded me I was also the missing my tire pressure caps after they changed out two of my tires last time. Times are tough and but prices seem to be on the higher range compared to market rates with my price today being $1000 for replacing all the brakes and rotors. The kicker is they tried to throw in the old dirty cabin air filter add on at $40.50 labor, $19.95 part for something that typically takes me 10-minutes of waiting in line at AutoZone, and 1-minute to switch out myself. This tells me things have really changed. I get it, do what you gotta do. Front desk didn't give me the name on the RO for the oil change when I asked, but I have a clue who it might've been because of the snarky attitude and smirk I recall. Everyone else has always been great, but I unfortunately think it's time to move on.
