This has been my second time getting my car fixed at this shop and each time Lyndell, Ms. Juanita, and the rest of the staff has taken excellent care of me and my car. Lyndell has helped me go to bat against the other persons insurance both times and is very informative. All the guys at the shop are very knowledgeable and personable. Not only did they fix my car but my car was cleaned on the inside and detailed with a nice wax job. They also fixed some deep scratches on my bumper that I caused by myself. If you are ever in a car accident this is the place to take your car. Lyndell has made this process for me stress free and easy as possible. Thank you to the who team at Chamblee Dunwoody collision yet again (hopefully the last time though lol)

I shopped around before coming here and their quote beat the closest Caliber Collision by more than 30% and repair took only 5 days (vs 10 days others quoted) for the damage you see in my pictures. Upon inspection of quotes, they don’t seem to add extra labor like others do around sensor calibrations, computer resets or unnecessary parts. For example, they were able to sand and polish the black plastic part and not order a new one as others put in their quotes. Ask for Alan Rodriguez. He was honest, explained the process and answered all my questions. He texted me pictures and progress updates. You can’t beat Alan’s customer service. This is a family owned business and I appreciated the owner personally helping with the some of the issues that came up after the initial repairs. They took care of me and my car. They detail the inside at the end, which I appreciated. They seem to have a good stream of customers coming in and out. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I would be very surprised if anyone was not happy with this business. I won’t need to shop next time I need body work done. I will come here.
View on GoogleI walked-in for a quote to repair my Lexus RX that had a bumper scrape with my garage jamb. Lyndell looked at it and said it shouldn't need any work and most likely could be cleaned up. Then he asked me for my car keys, drove it away and returned the car looking virtually unblemished. I thanked him and asked what do I owe. The answer was nothing! The whole experience took 15 minutes. The receptionist there was delightful, and Lyndell was very gracious.

He kept me updated the whole way through, and the staff was courteous and easy to work with. They handled everything smoothly with the other party’s insurance, and their pricing felt fair and straightforward. My SUV looked great when I picked it up (they even washed and waxed it). They clearly want customers to leave happy. Highly recommend.
