DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I came here to replace my old lift switch. I dropped it on Wednesday and they said few hours it will be done. They called me back end of the day & said they need to order extra parts. I came to pick up my truck Friday and found out they broke my lift gate. It automatically dropped down. They said I already came in with a broken lift. My lift gate was not broken to begin with. It was an old lift switch that has wear and tear. The top button sometimes don’t work and I have to press it multiple times hard for it to work. But it was works for my everyday use. They openly blamed that I came in with a broken lift gate. One of the white guy cursed me out and threaten to call police to kick me out. I never expect to fix a lift switch and end up with a costly lift gate broken. Never trust this place.

My vehicle needed an alignment immediately. I called 7 places before finding Burt Brothers. They were the only shop I found in the area with a lift large enough to work on my shuttle bus. They were "First come, first serve" so I arrived at 0545 for their opening at 0630. I was first in line and they were quick to get the work done (under an hour). Workers were extremely friendly and hard working. They informed me that I needed grease on some of the newer parts that were previously installed (from another shop). I was very thankful they pointed this out to me and they fixed the issue. I would totally recommend anyone getting service done here. I recommend using this place only as a last resort. Here’s why: 1. They suggested a replacement that wasn’t necessary. 2. Their quote was significantly higher than average. 3. They charged $50 just to put the car on the lift for an inspection. 4. Their pricing is inconsistent; a review from four months ago reported a $900 quote for the same lower ball joint replacement that I was quoted $1,500 for. 5. I was told to come in at 6:40AM and only was given a quote at 10:30AM. What did they do for 4 hours and ask me to come so early? I took my truck in for a wheel alignment, but the mechanics lifted it and claimed the lower ball joint needed replacement, quoting $1,500 for the job. After researching online, I found that replacing a lower ball joint typically costs between $250 and $350, depending on the model. I sought a second opinion and decided to take my truck elsewhere. However, the shop insisted on a $50 charge for the lift inspection, despite the fact that the diagnosis could have been done without lifting the vehicle. They also refused to proceed with the lift unless I agreed to the ball joint replacement. Ultimately, I paid the $50 to avoid further hassle and went to a different shop, where I was informed that the lower ball joint didn’t need replacement. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest exploring other service options before considering this place.

They have serviced my truck for about 5 years now. They are very good at what they do. Byron the lead is the best. They always tell me the truth (even the bad news.) They are better at diagnosis and price than Dealerships. I come all the way from Kentucky and Tennessee to have them work on my truck. Very trustworthy.

Best workshop I have used, ever. Are they without any errors? No, no one is, but if they do an error they will own up to it, and handle with high priority. This time I had a vacuum leak preventing the car from be usable. In addition it had tpms errors. I arrived at 7AM - without an appointment, and of course they were busy and couldn’t promise anything before the end of the week. Well, before 9AM they called me and they had finished the diagnostic, gave me a reasonable cost estimate and said it could be finished today! :) . If I need anything in the future I will be back - again. Thank you for your excellent service.
