Tires Plus

Purchased a lifetime wheel alignment warranty due to it being more affordable than the BMW dealership. This was first time having my vehicle serviced by this location and I had the worst experience. First I was told that the service would take no more than 2-2:30 hours but it took 4 hours. In addition, one of the staff members advised that only one team member was somewhat trained to perform a wheel alignment on a 2023 BMW X4 M40i and they were servicing another vehicle so I had to wait. Keep in mind I had an appointment thus, they were well aware of the type of vehicle I drive but failed to staff appropriately based on the expertise needed. Four hours later watching staff members dance to music blasting as opposed to focusing on servicing customers vehicles, I left with my alignment worse than it was before I got there. See attachment. Paid for a tire rotation and balance but didn’t receive this service as well. Due to this I’ll have to now spend another day at a different location getting my vehicle serviced. I can’t speak for all vehicles but if you have a BMW I strongly do not recommend having your vehicle serviced by this location. At their staffs own admission, they do not have a employee who has the skill set to service BMW’s. I’ve contacted corporate as well as negligence can lead to safety issues while operating a vehicle.

Corey is superb !!!!! I had an excellent experience at this oil and tire plus shop! The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. One worker in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was done quickly and correctly. He explained the services clearly, checked my tires thoroughly, and made sure my oil change was completed efficiently without trying to upsell unnecessary work. You can tell he truly cares about customers and takes pride in doing quality work. The shop was clean, the service was fast, and the pricing was fair. It’s hard to find honest and dependable service these days, but this place definitely earned my trust. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future maintenance and recommending them to friends and family!

I had an excellent experience at Tire Plus, I came in because I heard a terrible scraping noise under the front of my car(splash shield) and thought I was facing an expensive repair. The guy(may store manger) inspected my vehicle, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it without trying to sell me services I didn’t need. He was honest, professional, and treated me with respect. It’s hard to find auto shops you can trust, and I truly appreciate their integrity. I’ll definitely be back for future service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy car care. Thank you again!

I haven’t been to tires plus in a while, but when I entered the establishment, they asked me where have I been and I feel that’s very personable. That’s like family. They know their regular people and your receptionist. I really don’t wanna call a receptionist but the young lady that’s behind the counter , Mona’ is very personable. She makes you feel like your family makes you feel it ease comfortable. This is very well. Ask if you have any questions we need more people like that in every establishment because I work with the public too and I know it can be tough.

Contacted Corey Friday evening, and he was able to squeeze me in for today, Saturday. I came in, and Mona was amazing from the minute I opened the door. She was great to talk to and even shared a few laughs. My appointment was at 7:30. I got there a bit early and was still out by 7:47. First time at this location, and I will for sure come back.
