I was a returning customer here where I've had my car serviced plenty of times for simple things like oil change, new tires, etc and never have I had a problem until recently. I came to Usman Sule for a simple tuneup which cost me $200 and my car afterwards was damaged he went and bought cheap spark plugs for my car that didn't fit. And I had to come back numerous times for nothing to be fixed on whatever they did to my car after a tuneup. I had no problems with my car prior to coming to this shop and I left with a random multiple misfire code. I was refunded my $200 dollars back after two weeks of driving up there for them to fix what they did to my car. They never were able to. Take my advice and never give them your time and your money. You will regret!! Edit: My car is still running rough and having a misfire after having another mechanic change all 6 fuel injectors ignition coils and plugs. Come to find out Usman Sule never changed out my spark plugs my mechanic had to put lubricants to take them off. Never EVER go to this place they are just money greedy not decent or reputable mechanics.

I came to 24 Hour Decatur Auto Care to have the front brake pads on my Hyundai Sonata replaced. The service was excellent as soon as I arrived, I was greeted right away and quickly directed to where I needed to go. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Was charged $60 via zelle

More than angry I'm so sad, my feelings are truly hurt. I was in Georgia exploring from North Carolina. I must've went over a nail or whatever, but I went to them cause they were the closest when I noticed how flat my tire was. I shoulda known when they told it would be 20 cash no questions asked. I wanted to trust it was one of those quick places in the hood that knew what to do. This old man got my tire off with an electric screw driver (I had never seen that before) and I saw him just starring at it and the tire was on the floor the whole time. Anyway I was rushed to move out of the sun and go sit that they knew what they were doing. I'm no car expert but I wanted to see what they were doing just to be aware of what the issue was. I went and sat down, but was still looking from afar and saw him spray it with a disinfectant and wiping it. Like, what??? I still decided to trust them and not say anything. Well 10mins later he said "im done" I said are you sure its going to take me to NC with no issues and he was dismissive and what just say ohhh yeah yeah! I was like ok and he literally begged for a tip I gave him 10 extra. I'm so mad I did cause I learned I paid him for air 30 damn dollars for air. My tire was the same way it was 4hrs later. I ended taking it to an actual shop and my tire literally had 3 different air ways it the air was escaping from. I could have saved time, most importantly. Avoid this trifling ash "shop"

I wish I would've read the reviews before stopping at this place. I would've drive on the rim until I found another place if I would've known this. In all my years of having a tire changed NEVER have I EVER had 2 ppl doing a one person job. (Changing a tire) The first guy took my tire off and gave it to another guy and then he left me and went to service someone else. I'm looking like HELLOOO and he bluntly ignored me. The other guy put the tire on the rim and left it for the other guy to get it. It took 30 minutes for 2 people to change a tire. There's more but I'm going to end it by saying I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

I wish I could give it no stars... It's not the employees...it's the manager or whatever he supposed to be. Avoid this place unless you want a horrible experience.They DO NOT take cards... That's fine but you should make this known BEFORE putting a tire on someone's car..ITS NOT EVEN POSTED ANYWHERE!!🤔. Who don't take cards in 2022? C'mon man 🙄. And on top of that he is incredibly RUDE!! It's too many tire shops in the immediate area....And it seems like he's gonna punish his employee for put our old tire back on. I feel sorry for anyone how has to work for him.😔☹️
