Alem did an excellent job on my wife's and my car. He replaced my wife's radiator and added freon to her car and replaced my battery. He also previously fixed my daughter's car. He is very knowledgeable regarding vehicles and has access to great pricing for parts. He is convenient and flexible with his time and will travel to you. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Alem Mobile Mechanic and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable car repair without having to go to a shop. My 2015 Kia Optima had been having an intermittent starting issue where the lights would come on but the engine wouldn’t turn over, and it had been very frustrating trying to figure out what was wrong. Alem came out promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed the problem efficiently. In addition to repairing the starting issue, he also performed a much-needed tune-up, changed my oil, and replaced all of my filters. My car is now running much better and I haven’t had any issues since. What really stood out to me was his knowledge and professionalism. He clearly knows what he’s doing and took the time to explain everything so I understood exactly what was going on with my car. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. His pricing was also very fair, which I truly appreciated. I know the same work would have cost significantly more if I had taken my car to a traditional repair shop. Being able to have a knowledgeable mobile mechanic come directly to you and complete the work professionally and in a timely manner is extremely convenient. He was friendly, courteous, and very personable, and I truly appreciated him coming out to assist me with my car. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but he definitely earned my trust. Reliable, knowledgeable, and fair, I will definitely be using his services again and recommending him to others.

Alem diagnosed, explained and addressed each of the issues with my 2000 Toyota 4Runner. He replaced the headlight, fixed the Issue with Brake warning light and gave advice to get brake pads checked for wear; he fixed both the interior lights and got them working again, he fixed the issue of sometimes the car engine unexpectedly shuddering then shutting off while idling. And he gave good advice on how to get my air conditioning system diagnosed. Alem is very professional and has high work ethics. He did a great job. I would definitely call upon him again and recommend him to my friends and family!

Alem is so great. He worked on my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta with ease; he was in and out doing spark plugs, coils, and throttle bottle cleaning. I got educated on a few things, you can tell he truly cares about his customers! Great reasonable prices which is always a plus.
