I had my Range rover towed here after it cut off on my while driving. The only thing I noticed the night before was my ac not wanting to blow correctly then all types of red signals came up just as I arrived home. The car was running fine. So, the next day It stopped after driving it 10mins. Had it towed to Scotts. I knew better than to continue after arriving there. They did a diagnostic test and said my water pump locked up, idler belt and serpentine belt tensioner were broken so I approved them to fix it and changed my oil as well. They charged me over $1100. I returned to get the vehicle the next day and within 25mins of driving my car it started to shake and was loud. There was tension when I would break or try to turn my steering wheel. Issues I did not have prior to coming. Embarrassing that someone told me to take my car back where I just picked it up from as it was so loud. Not an issue I arrived with. I made a utrun to take the vehicle back and a loud pop happened. I called Liam and he said he was not paying for me to get the car towed back to them so they could check it out. Then after someone near me looked underneath the car, they found my crank shaft pulley broken and pulled it right on out. Got the car back to them and they said one didn't have to do with the other but I looked up the diagram and that definitely goes under or around it. I asked, does this not show up on the diagnostic. He said no it doesn't show up and when we went under there it looked fine and intact. He did not want to hear anything about them possibly connecting the belts wrong. He said maybe it was time for that to be replaced as its a 2016. Then said it's an additional $600 to fix it. I wasn't paying that and wasn't letting them touch my car again to mess it up further. I will definitely not be back here! They take no accountability at all. I can see if what they replaced and what fell out were in two different locations, but they were not. Obviously, you guys aren't doing things correctly or checking your work afterwards.
