Amazing staff!! Everyone here is so friendly and fare and the pricing is upfront. They are very flexible on when to bring your vehicle. Highly recommend for an auto shop in the Decatur area. I’ve been bringing my car here since moving here and even with my old car (02 Pontiac) they have no issues repairing. Love this place!
View on GoogleI've been serviced two major times, and the pricing of labor and parts is on the high side. Nevertheless, I understand they use the best mec(h)anics and best parts. They are not open for business on Saturday, but the job was done promptly within the week in both instances.
View on GoogleThe guys at Pure are honest, efficient, friendly and do great work at a fair price. You schedule an appt. for your vehicle by phone for weekdays (closed on weekends). I've been going to them ever since a national tire chain said my car needed the brakes replaced. When brought my vehicle to Pure to have them do the brake work, they wanted to know who told me I needed new brakes because the brakes were fine! They keep my family's cars in good condition and they have completed a number of repairs for us that required diagnostics in addition to doing regular maintenance like oil, filter and tire changes. Thanks goes out to Barrett and Andy at Pure!

View on GoogleI have been happy with the service at Pure on two previous visits…which entailed oil changes, tire rotations, a spark plug change and two wash & waxes. Fair prices, work done expeditiously…I was happy. Today was different. I took my Subaru in for an oil change. I provided the oil and filter. The charge was $22.50; which I consider reasonable to have someone I trust do the job. Today they also recommended that I have both front and the rear wiper blades replaced; the engine air filter replaced; and the cabin air filter replaced. All this would have cost well over $100. The problem is that I had done all these things myself within the last 3,500 miles. The wipers are in excellent condition (the rear wiper blade was replaced by me just last week!). Subaru recommends replacing the cabin and engine air filters every 30,000 miles in normal driving…certainly not after only 3,500 miles. The upshot is that they wanted me to spend a lot of money on completely unnecessary and wasteful maintenance. I suppose I might expect this behavior from a typical fast lube operation, I was very disappointed that Pure recommended unneeded work.
