I hadn't been to Precision Tune in 20 years. I had begun taking my car to someone I knew personally that owned an oil and lube and carwash spot on Panola Road. However lately, every time I would go, it was always a different person and the level of service had dwindled. Today, I went to get an oil change and the two guys were working under the hood of another car not getting and oil changed and ignored my having pulled up to the bay, for at least 5 minutes. Finally one turns around and says to me, it's going to be another 30 minutes at least before I can get to you. It was the last straw. I left and drove to Precision. Chris, the store manager was such a breath of fresh air. He greeted me so nicely, told me how much it would cost based on my engine size and advised that they would check all of my fluids and even brakes and let me know if any additional service would be needed. We chatted while my car was being serviced and I must say good customer service is hard to come by these days so you can tell when someone is genuine and love their job. Not only was Chris great, but so were his team. When I pulled up and walked up to the door they spoke. And when I left to go get in the car, the young man that serviced my car told me to have a good day. My 2019 Jeep now has a new service home.

I've been coming to this repair shop for years now and I'm always satisfied and impressed with the work done to my vehicles, the price I'm charged, and the customer service provided by the staff. In particular, the manager (Chris) has assisted me on my last three or four repairs and he's been amazing every time. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. As long as they continue doing business as they have, I will continue going to this location for all of my repair needs.
