I had a good experience with Goodyear after my car unexpectedly broke down and completely shut off. My vehicle is older, but I hadn’t been having any problems with it, so the situation was stressful. From the moment it was towed in, the team was professional, friendly, and courteous. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and contacted me within a day to explain exactly what was going on with my car. I really appreciated the communication and transparency. Mitch, who I believe is the assistant manager or general manager, did an excellent job of reaching out and making sure I was updated. His professionalism and customer service made a difficult situation much easier. While I’m not an expert on auto repair pricing, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and that gave me a lot of confidence in their recommendations. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely return to this location in the future.

I have been working with Mitch and taking my cars here for the last 10 years and the experience has always been great. This recent visit was even more so, I spoke with Mitch about what other places told me was wrong with my daughter’s vehicle, he quoted me a price, however, Tommy pleasant surprise, the actual fix was much lower and I appreciated the good news. Many places would have just fixed in based on the original quote and charged me the higher amount! This is why I continue taking my business there and will continue going here for all my needs! Thanks guys, I appreciate your service and your integrity!!!

I saw my car drive by and I was waiting for them to call my name or come get me as I sat for about 45 mins and went to the counter my keys were hanging on the wall! Just better communication would be good. The work that was done is great though!
View on GoogleNice fellow. Professional, Courteous, spoke well and used nice language and words. The repair was quick and easy and well done. I left the van overnight and use the drop slot for the key. No problems whatsoever. At this point, I recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.
