This is the shop and these are the mechanics you’ve been looking for. They are honest, skilled, and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.

January 2,2026 Today was my third time visiting Lextechs of Atlanta at the Decatur, GA location, and I am always satisfied with their service every single time. Their customer service is truly top-notch, and I always feel confident, safe, and secure when I drive my car off their lot. I’m also grateful for the coupons they offer, which really help save money on car repair needs. They always check on you to make sure you’re good — now that’s real damn customer service. It honestly feels good to have found a repair shop that genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in properly taking care of their vehicles. They definitely get 5 stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐UPDATE January 15,2026 ❤️ I am truly thankful for Lextechs of Atlanta (Decatur location), especially Dustin. I initially planned to take an Uber home after dropping off my car and then take another Uber back to pick it up. After reading about an Uber driver who raped and killed a mother, it really shook me. I hate that such a tragedy happened, and it made me reflect on safety. I know everyone doesn’t have a choice and sometimes Uber or Lyft is necessary—I’ve used them myself in the past. I’m saying this to say how grateful I am that Lextechs of Atlanta provided shuttle service for me. They took me home and later picked me up to retrieve my car, which gave me real peace of mind. On top of that, I receive great service every single time I take my car there. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care.

I visited LexTechs in Decatur for the first time in April 2026 to address overheating issues with my vehicle. Devon provided excellent care for both my car and me, including arranging a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. Since then, my car has been running very well. Additionally, I received two follow-up calls from Devon to confirm that there were no further issues. I was highly impressed with their overall service. So much so that I brought my father’s vehicle in last week to address some AC problems that previous mechanics were unable to diagnose. I was assisted by James, who was also exceptional. The repair involved replacing the AC relay and recharging the refrigerant, resulting in the vehicle blowing cold, strong airflow—my father was very pleased with the results. Both service technicians did a great job with explaining the issue and service plan. I am glad to have found a reliable service provider I can depend on for my vehicles. I would definitely recommend LexTechs to others.

Brought a recently purchased used Lexus in. Received top not service from an extremely knowledgeable group. The service advisor knew all the technical details about each service item including providing options for optimizing labor time across several repairs. Will be coming back for my next set of maintenance!

James was very kool. I appreciated how calm and professional he was throughout the entire process. Despite me being used to going to the Lexus dealership for service, this location did look and feel very clean and comfortable although much smaller. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because of their loaner program that I was not able to utilize due to “unavailability”. I work for myself so that’s imperative to me. They were kind of enough to drop me off and pick me up so I did appreciate that as well. Overall, they seem like an honest and fair place to get ya car serviced
