10/10 service across the board. I came in with what the dealership said was the issue (and a way‑too‑expensive quote), but Lewis Motorwerks thoroughly checked everything and were honest that it wasn’t the problem. They kept everything within my budget and explained it all clearly. The shop is truly a family run business and you feel that. I worked with Nick—his level of service was outstanding. Highly recommend and will be back for all my VW needs ◡̈ OH! Nick also recommended a trusted local tire shop for the alignment needed after the repair—and mentioned this before even getting my approval to proceed. 12/10.

This place came highly recommend from a friend so I decided to give them a try vs going to the dealership. Traveled 45 mins to the other side of town to support this business. They performed diagnostics and charged $75 and they still don’t know what’s wrong with my car. I don't think that’s fair. We were told to come back but no thanks we’ll just go to the dealership where we know they are knowledgeable.

I’ve had nothing but stellar experiences. They are honest and go the second mile in service. Most notably, I called a day they were closed for a holiday, and he answered telling me what type of oil I needed and let me know I could call him back for him to walk me through adding it in. I truly would recommend their services to anyone and appreciate their kindness towards their customers!

I had an amazing experience at this auto shop! They did an incredible job with battery reprogramming the process was smooth, quick, and handled with real expertise. He was not only very professional, but also super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can really tell he cares about doing quality work and making sure customers feel supported. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know.
