⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After shopping around quite a bit for tires and wheels for my Toyota Tundra, I decided to go with JG Tires, and I’m glad I did. The Garcia was easy to work with, answered my questions, and helped me find a setup that fit both my truck and my budget without making me feel pressured. The new wheels and tires completely changed the look of the truck, and I’ve been really happy with how it rides. Even after putting some miles on it, everything feels solid and performs exactly as it should. What I appreciated most was that they treated me with respect, took the time to explain things, and made the process straightforward. Good customer service is getting harder to find these days, and that alone goes a long way. If you’re looking for tires, wheels, or a truck upgrade, I’d definitely recommend JG Tires. Got a flat on our way to Stone Mountain & luckily we weren’t too far from JG Tire service. They were quick and had excellent customer service. Eric was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them if you need any service.
View on GoogleThe best service in town JG tire service is a one stop shop I had all 4 tires and wheels replaced on my BMW M3 coupe, wheel alignment got me straight, I got the best price in town and the guys are hard workers and put in effort for my satisfaction and for me to have a good experience here, I see several bad reviews on their page but dont let the the few people complaining scare you away this is the go to spot they are a one stop shop from tires to auto repair to body work and paint, the guys are knowledgeable, they are honest and trustworthy people, their prices are good they are nothing compared to corporations or dealerships, Garcia the owner runs a great business and is very knowledgeable about cars and has the best customer service. View on GoogleAbsolutely insane experience. Bought a full set of tires here and paid them to install everything. Not even long after leaving, the entire car started shaking on the road like crazy. I pulled over thinking something was seriously broken — turns out one of the wheels was NOT EVEN PROPERLY TIGHTENED. The lug nuts were literally loose enough to turn BY HAND. Do you people understand that this is how someone gets killed? This isn’t some small mistake or cosmetic issue. A wheel could have come off while driving because somebody here was too careless or lazy to do the most basic part of the job. Then I contacted them about it, expecting at least an apology or some responsibility, and instead they completely brushed me off like they didn’t care at all. No concern, no accountability, nothing. This place is a complete joke. If you value your safety, stay far away from this shop.

I just wanted the step rails on my truck and didn't feel like driving to farther location, so I paid more for the install than I did for the rails!!! Lesson learned. I asked for the price to get 2 front (passenger & drivers side) windows tinted on my other truck (Wrangler) and they told me $250-$300!!! Crazy as hell.
