Great prices that consistantly beat the larger chains and they have been very honest in telling me I did not need a service when I asked them to match a quote from Express Oil Change. We live in the neighborhood and love that we can drop off the car in the AM, get coffee next door at Oakhurst Coffee, and pick up the car that evening without needing to wait or Uber. Highly recommend if you live in Oakhurst, East Lake, or Kirkwood.
View on GoogleI was charged $134 to replace a cabin filter that I then I to fix myself because it was jammed in there wrong. It’s 6 screws to get to it, 5 minutes. They left all the dash stuff on the seat too. They didn’t share pricing with me beforehand. I’ll probably change this review later because I hate dissing on a local shop but right now I’m mad. $1100 for fluid and filter maintenance
View on GooglePoor customer service and lack of professionalism. They kept my car far longer than expected, and when I called to check on the status, I was met with a rude attitude. When I finally got my vehicle back, I noticed they had added more than 80 miles to it. I’m relieved to have since found a trustworthy mechanic who takes the time to explain any concerns and treats customers with respect.

View on GoogleI've been coming to Brian and Intown for 16 years, and my wife has been a customer much longer than that. It is the perfect small-town garage. They are fair and honest; flexible and kind; smart and thoughtful. The place feels like Mayberry, and it operates like you would expect. The front desk is casual and often unattended, so don't expect to airways have immediacy, but do know that once you engage with Brian, you'll have his 100% attention. Everyone should be so lucky as to have a garage like Intown.
