I originally updated my review because after my first repair visit, the engine light and EPC warnings returned shortly after picking up my Volkswagen, and the vehicle was still experiencing drivability issues. However, I want to provide an updated review based on my most recent experience. I brought the vehicle back on Monday and worked directly with Jacob, the owner. He thoroughly test drove the vehicle, addressed the issue again, and reassured me they would get everything taken care of. Because of my initial experience, it was difficult to fully trust the situation at first, but I can honestly say the second experience felt very different dealing directly with the owner. Since getting my vehicle back Monday, I’ve continued driving it through Thursday and so far the engine light and EPC warning have not returned. The vehicle has been driving much better overall. I appreciate Jacob taking the time to stand behind the work and make things right, and I wanted to provide an honest update reflecting my experience after the follow-up repair.

The folks at EAS are just great to work with. Period. They’re smart, kind and helpful. They aren’t trying to price gouge you because you need your car fixed. They also give you several alternatives to choose from. Overall this was an amazing experience. I will recommend these folks to any and everyone.

A portion of a piece of the front fender on our truck came off and was flapping all over the front of the truck as we were on I-285 in Atlanta. We took a chance on this place and were blessed to work with Jacob and Bruno who fixed us up and we were on our way in just a few short minutes. Can’t thank these guys enough for looking after two stressed out women who were having car issues. Thank you!
