I went here to get an ignition auto lock installed. I had to come back the same day because my car kept stopping with the machine while I was at red lights and on the highway. And it gave me a violation for no reason. I called them to let them know they told me to bring it up there for them to look at it mind you the location is totally far from me. The mechanic had a bad attitude with me literally threw his up at me and said he doesn’t talk to customers even though the manager told him to speak to me. Only to find out that the mechanic installed incorrectly at first .

Honestly, is 0 stars losing your life or the life of a child? I came in for an oil change before a family road trip and asked them to check out anything standing out. So they did the air filters and they changed the brakes on all 4 tires. Remember when you were 16 and your parents taught you how to change a tire? I just couldn't believe that after driving for 3.5 hours, feeling the car get rocky, I pulled over to find 2 Lugnuts left on my front tire! And those 2 could slip off any second!! As for the lugnuts on the other 3 wheels, I could make 1 full turn with my tire iron. Which, means they didn't drive it after changing, and then re-tighten. ( A lesson my father taught me). So, I'm' upset. I call and Ruby is apologetic and asks me to email Avi. I don't. not my job to inform him. Ruby says to come in when I come back in town. When I do, I speak with Avi. While I write this, I get re-triggered by his responses. I was traveling for 3.5 hours to Savanah with my wife, and 2 toddlers. There was almost a disaster. I got no ownership, no apology, not even empathy. He asked me where I was parking my car. This would insinuate that in the span of 2 days, a very sly individual snuck into my garage, loosened 3 tires and almost got away with 1 tire. I did tell him that Ruby asked the same question and that they are both pretty ridiculous for the accusation. When giving him a summary of how it is really feasible for it to be his company, he responds. "I am not arguing with you" and "It's just not that complicated". Well, it does seem to be a response. Not an ethical or educated response. So I inquired, "Aren't you interested in providing any ownership?", "Like what"... I read him the riot act. The whole thing. explained that he could double-check with the mechanics at the end of a tire change and meet with them to discuss the ramifications of my children being harmed or losing their lives. Let alone being sued for breach of contract or damage. Oh, and my transmission has never been the same!

I got work done a 1.5 week ago and was recommended by a colleague to come here and got brake pads put on feeling my issue would get addressed yet yesterday out of nowhere on the highway my car didn't accelerate despite being in drive mode and I had to wait 7 hours for tow truck to get my car towed back to the shop. Seriously, I hope the issue fixed and rectified best with what I promised after time i gave. I don't understand how I called twice while business open and no answer till 4th ring and no voicemail? I as others deserve to be taken care of with my hard earned money given with time as trust crucial. With no purpose being served after what i described and my car having faced the serious issue after giving to them and paying money, I deserve to have my money refunded and no reason for this place to steal or tarnish their name.

The only good thing that came out of my warranty company was referring me to this shop. The warranty company likes them because they have reasonable rates. I like them because they care. Regardless of how busy they are, when I walk in, we talk about my car’s issue and someone looks at it pretty quickly. They guys here know what they’re doing and can grasp quickly what the issue may be. And then there’s the communication, they communicate. I made the mistake early on of taking my car to the dealership, if only I had known about this place, I would have saved a lot of wasted time. Highly recommend!
