My car was super dirty when I dropped it off and Winter Park Auto Spa did a fantastic job. My car looked brand new when i picked it up. When it was dropped off they asked for us to point out any specific areas we wanted cleaned and when we picked it up they walked around the car with us to make sure we were satisfied. Very happy with their work and very friendly staff.

Brought my car to Winter Park Auto Spa for a full interior and exterior detail, and the results were absolutely mind-blowing. I dropped it off and came back to what felt like a brand new car; showroom shine outside, spotless inside. Jay was fantastic. Patient, respectful, and clearly takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back.

This place is awesome! From the moment i arrived to the moment i left, i was met with respectful and courteous men! They even helped me park because I was unfamiliar with the area! I got my windows tinted here and the job was done amazingly! Pretty good prices and amazing service!

I took my 2025 Lincoln Corsair here to have the front two windows and windshield tinted. It should have been a simple job, which is why this whole experience is so frustrating. After the first install on 4/24 we noticed several imperfections in the tint and brought it to their attention. They agreed to fix it and had us come back Friday 5/1. I picked the car up again, and by Saturday 5/2 morning, the tint still had noticeable issues. At that point, it’s clear there is little to no quality control in place. When we brought up the additional imperfections, we were told it was our fault for not pointing them out earlier—which is not how quality control should work. I brought it back again expecting it to finally be handled properly. Instead, I was told I need to wait until Thursday to get back on the schedule. Thursday appt didn’t work for my schedule and was given no other date. A vehicle should not need to go back a third time for a basic window tint job. What made it worse was the interaction with the employee. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and what should have been a straightforward conversation turned into a heated argument just to get them to take the issue seriously. The job wasn’t done right or to my satisfaction. At that point, I asked them to remove the tint which was and option while talking outside but all of sudden when in front of the owner that was now not an option. On top of that, I noticed a scratch on the door that wasn’t there before the work was done. We pointed it out, and it was immediately denied without any real effort to investigate. Due to the poor service and quality of work, we have chosen not to bring our vehicle back. Since they refused to provide a refund, we are now pursuing the matter through our credit card company. Overall, this experience showed a pattern of problems: Multiple failed attempts to fix poor-quality work Conflicting information from the shop Zero quality control Blaming the customer instead of owning mistakes Delays for a simple service Disrespectful customer interaction Refusal to refund No accountability for damage We would not recommend going here. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want the job done right and handled professionally.

I wont say anyone's names just to protect privacy but. There was a vehicle listed for sale on the wp autospa Facebook account. I came to see it on a Monday, told the guy I was interested and would be back with payment as soon as I got a loan approved, he texts me Tuesday saying another buyer was interested and if they didnt come by the end of the day that they would sell the vehicle to me. I said thanks and affirmed that I would come tomorrow with the money, Wednesday comes and I message them in the morning confirming availability, I told them I had my money and would be there later that afternoon to pick it up. So I picked up my check and drive across town only to get there and find out that they had sold the vehicle WHILE I WAS ON MY WAY THERE. Upon talking to him he said "if I had a dollar for everytime someone said they were on the way id have like 40 dollars on this truck already". I left a one star review on Google out of spite which I later removed, but he then proceeded to message me and my father through his PERSONAL Facebook messenger account asking that I take down the review. This was a private sale not connected to the detaling business so I cannot speak for that. But if this is any reflection of how they do business and treat people I do. not. recommend.
