I had a great experience at Rudi’s Mercedes in Winter Park. They were professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about what my car needed. Everything was explained clearly and broken down into easily digestible parts, which helped me prioritize the most important repairs first. Their rates were very reasonable, and their work was excellent. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for trustworthy Mercedes service in the Winter Park area. I was also pleased to learn that they service both foreign and domestic vehicles, and I plan to bring my Lexus there in the future.

The best mechanic in town! I trust them more than the dealership literally. They were able to figure out what’s wrong with my car in an hour that the dealership could not find after having the cars for days. They know what they are doing and very reasonable pricing. I usually work on my own cars, but sometimes convenience wins out. I’ve tried a few different shops over the years, and I can confidently say this one is the best, hands down. The people running it are honest, professional, and fair with pricing. Recently, my AMG GT 53 was idling rough. I suspected spark plugs or an ignition coil, so I brought it in. They quickly diagnosed the issue as two bad ignition coils and spark plugs, and replaced everything at a very reasonable price. On top of that, I had broken a brake sensor while doing my own brakes and had put off fixing it.. they handled that too for just $65, parts and labor. This is also one of the few shops in Central Florida that carries Liqui Moly. I dropped the car off at 11 AM and it was ready by 4 PM, and that wasn’t just for an oil change. In that time, they replaced ignition coils, spark plugs, a brake sensor, completed the oil change, checked my tires, topped off fluids, and more.. all while managing a full schedule of other cars. The difference in performance was immediate. My car feels smoother, more responsive, and I didn’t realize how much I was missing until I drove it home. Although their name highlights Mercedes, they service other makes as well. I’m thoroughly impressed and will definitely be bringing more of my fleet here. Honest, efficient, and skilled. Exactly what you want in a mechanic.
