We loved Preston! My husband broke his right foot - so what better time to take care of routine car maintenance using a mobile service! We were so impressed with Preston’s demeanor and LOVED his honesty. He gave us the real deal recommendations and when we should expect to do them without trying to convince us to do them that day. It was a stressful situation, but even though he wasn't physically there, Preston helped us troubleshoot the entire issue via text. He is, quite simply, an incredible mechanic. He is knowledgeable, patient, and has always been amazing every time we’ve needed him. Whether he’s under the hood or helping us navigate a breakdown from afar, his expertise is unmatched. View on GoogleAmazed at Preston’s customer service. I called this morning for help with my car that wasn’t starting. He texted me back stating he wasn’t available today to look at the car however he offered to help me via text. He listened to the problem, asked thorough questions, and gave me a quick solution. My husband and I thought it was the starter or alternator however Preston was very certain it was the battery. We purchased a new battery and replaced it and the car started running perfectly. Even though Preston was busy today he took the time to text through the issue and help us out. He was very courteous and helpful. We will definitely use him in the future! Thank you again!
View on GoogleLook no further , Preston is an amazing mechanic, with great prices! A true professional with a great attitude , supreme knowledge , and respect for both his work , and your vehicles. Today was the second time we’ve asked Preston to come out and do some work for us when we were in a pinch and down a vehicle , and even in this extreme heat he came out on time, (just as he promised) , and got the work done without missing a beat . My 05 Explorer , and 03 Avalon are running like a dream , and we even gained a little knowledge by listening to his explanations (in great detail) . Save your time on shopping around on unreliable mechanics , call Preston he won’t let you down .
