Super happy with my experience here. Cherry and Calvin really put my anxieties at ease in what for me was a stressful situation. The receptionist Cherry is incredibly passionate and good at what she does and she really took the time to help me through cost and timing. I expected to be lied to or screwed over as is typical for any kind of car related business, but never once did I have any reason to question what was going on with my car. She was honest with me about what to expect. She answered all of my billions of questions, and made me feel very comfortable. She's also hilarious - didn't know I'd find a reason to laugh when dealing with a fender bender! LOVED her!!!! The mechanic working on my car - Calvin I believe - was stellar with his communication - letting me know what ETA to expect and calling me to keep me updated on what he was doing as well as when the time frame changed. When I called to check in, Calvin and the whole team honestly were incredibly friendly and quick to provide me an update. I super appreciate how my car was handled, the smoothness of the transaction and above all, the transparency. The final results were wonderful as well - you'd never know my lil car had a boo-boo! Thank you very much for helping me get through a very difficult situation and giving me one less thing to worry about. Hoping to never NEED to come here again, but happy to do so the next time I've got a car problem. Thank you!!!!!!

My experience has been extremely stressful and disorganized. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a minor repair, but the process escalated into significant unresolved concerns. I experienced inconsistent communication, record inaccuracies, and a lack of clear technical explanations regarding interventions performed while the vehicle was in the facility’s custody. I have documented these issues and am currently pursuing a proper review and resolution. Before and after they destroyed my vehicle. If you’re an owner of a lexus please do your research because this was a complete nightmare, they accept to perform resets that ended up with a 160 amp fuse blown after running my car for about 16 miles,and multiple improper resets his son told me the owner was aware of the situation, i never walked through anything the before pic is the day my car went into this nightmare, till this day i am still having trouble with this shop.

This place is awesome! I have had to have my car repaired on two separate occasions and they have knocked it out of the park. They are honest, communicate clearly, and have great customer service! Not to mention, my car was completely detailed when I picked it up, on both the exterior and interior! I was blown away! 5 stars!!!

Amazing work and experience. Calvin took amazing care of me and the work was second to none. With years of experience under his belt, you could not even tell the car was damaged. Everything from the professionalism, price point, over all work and experience was top notch. Thank you Calvin and the entire Maitland auto body team. Shoutout to Calvin and Cherry. I recommend anyone who needs body work or repainting to visit Maitland Collision Center. Cherry works the desk, and Calvin works in the shop. 10/10 customer service. They were clear with communication and provided an accurate timeframe. The body work/repair looks great, and the paint matches perfectly. They also touched up some road rash on the front of my vehicle. Big thanks to both of them for working on my C-Max.
