Lexus of Winter Park - Service Department

I always have an excellent experience at my Lexus dealership, and a huge reason for that is Dominic and Craig in the service department. Dominic is incredibly honest, trustworthy, and always goes above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible. He especially helped me when I needed to purchase new tires, and I truly appreciated how transparent and helpful he was throughout the process. Craig is also amazing and always looks out for me whenever I bring my vehicle in. They both make me feel valued and well taken care of every single visit. Their professionalism, kindness, and customer service are exactly why this is the only place I trust with my vehicle. Highly recommend!

I am not sure who to acknowledge because I drove my car in for a Transmission issue. They diagnosed it. They told me the transmission was bad. I asked him to top off my fluid. when I went to pick my car up. It will not go in and out of gear. It was stuck in one gear when I got there. It was slipping, but I was able to get in and out of gear, but for whatever reason when I picked it up, it was stuck in one gear my service advisor Try to help me as best as he could, but that did not help me I left came back because I could not get the car out of gear. He then asked the service specialist manager Eric to help me or explain to me the situation, but that did not help me because I brought the car and driving with the gear shifting in and out of gear, even though it was slipping, but when I picked the car up, I could not get it out of gear. It was banging into reverse. It was banging into Drive that was not the way I brought my car in. I asked them to top off the fluid, and I was told by the service advisor that that was done, but Eric at the end of it helped me to resolve it by clearing the codes within the car that helped me to get home and right now 2 to 3 days later the car is driving fine I understand there’s a leak and I’m addressing that at the moment right now, Lexus was my top choice. As far as vehicles I love it. This is my second Lexus, but I’m reconsidering.

On 10/18/2025, I visited Lexus of Winter Park for routine maintenance on my Lexus RX350 F Sport, which included an oil change and tire rotation. The service was executed efficiently, and the additional vehicle car wash exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed by Michael Gonzalez's exemplary professionalism, courtesy, and technical expertise as a service advisor. Clearly, the service department is a key differentiator.
