This is Kozi, and I wanted to share my experience after having my Rolls-Royce Dawn repaired by Jeff. I called with an A/C problem, and Jeff fit me into his schedule with less than 24 hours' notice. I had already purchased a Final Stage Unit, but after diagnosing the vehicle, he determined that the blower motor also needed to be replaced. Instead of selling me the much more expensive Rolls-Royce part, he sourced the genuine BMW equivalent and saved me roughly $400. Even better, he didn't mark up the part—he simply wanted to help me get my car repaired at a fair price. What impressed me the most wasn't just his technical knowledge, but his humility, honesty, and willingness to help a complete stranger. He even came in on a Saturday to finish the repair, giving up personal time with his family to make sure I had my car back. The final bill was fair, the repair was completed correctly, and the A/C is working perfectly. I was so impressed with the level of service that I tipped him $200 because I truly felt he went above and beyond. It's hard to find honest, knowledgeable mechanics—especially for a Rolls-Royce—but Jeff earned my trust. He has a customer for life. Thanks, brother.

Having a used Rolls repaired is never fun; however, Jeff Davis does his best to explain what repairs need to be done and will make those repairs as affordable as possible. He fixed the braking system on my 1985 Silver Spur and so far so good! He knows what he is doing and is super pleasant to work with. Ironically, by fixing the braking system, the leveling hydraulics came into play. It all looks so nice now!
