Quick diagnostics, identified issues and repaired quickly. Price a bit higher than other garages but less than dealership and they definitely seem to know what they’re doing with German cars. Service was also great. Upon loading my kid into the car seat the following morning I discovered they had left a little stuffed bear wearing a German Excellence T-shirt in the car seat as a little gift. My son was surprised to find it and instantly became obsessed with it! Little touches like that matter. Thank you!

The technician, Omar, is great! Did a PPI on my car and fixed my compressor/condenser and now I have cold air for the summer weather! Fantastic service, definitely would recommend to a friend. Friendly staff, it is clear they care most about your car and safety instead of selling you an unneed service.

My name is Russ C. This was the first time I visited German Excellence. I went there for a 10,000 mile service on a Porsche Macan. I made an appointment over the phone and drop the car off and it took about two hours and they did full service and checked the car over for any other service needs. I found them to be very professional and they did great work and would highly recommend them. I think their prices are pretty fair, especially when you compare them to what the dealership charges.

Great service! Rick was down to earth and to the point. I love that. I requested a (PPI) pre-purchase inspection on a 2001 Porsche 911. I consulted with Rick before and after the inspection. Although I did not make the purchase, the inspection results and Ricks knowledge of maintenance of the 911 potentially saved me $10k in need repairs. Honesty and professional was my experience at German Excellence! Thanks to Rick and the technician. My Porsche dreams maybe on hold. But thankfully, it didn't turn into a maintenance nightmare!

I called earlier this week and left a voicemail for Xavier but never received a call back. When I called again today, he answered but was extremely rude throughout the conversation. I explained that one of our fleet vehicles needed new control arms and that I was looking to establish a long-term business relationship with their shop. Our mechanic had already inspected the vehicle and identified the issue, so I simply asked for an estimate on parts and labor. Instead, Xavier insisted on performing another diagnosis starting at $170 per hour before providing any estimate. I understand that shops have their own policies, but the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. Based on my experience, I won’t be doing business here and cannot recommend this shop.
