FBAAR received my Nissan titan that I got from Carvana and they work very well with silver rock getting the process of a claim going seamlessly. They fixed a problem that I described when the Nissan dealership didn’t believe me.. Steve is very helpful in describing the process of the claim and describing the problems they found. I will definitely be back if I have any more issues. Thanks Steve and thank you to your techs!! Update….. The guys at FBAAR are top notch to work with. Again I had to bring my titan in to get an engine replacement (3 engines later) because the insurance kept using bad part suppliers, we finally got a hit on a good engine (which you have to install to know it’s good because insurance won’t pay to have the engine broke down to check it). The engine is good (for now) this process took nearly 2 months, a lot of headache, a lot of money lost for the shop because my truck took up space on one of the lifts. Sorry guys… however, I trust the techs, the owner is a standup guy. Steve is good at handling insurance headaches. I can’t thank y’all enough. Thanks for everything! The truck is still running smooth!!

Although I feel remorseful, the establishment's continued operation serves as a testament to the accuracy of my assessment. I must commend their exceptional work in installing my two 15-inch subwoofers. Their expertise in fine-tuning the system resulted in a significant enhancement in both volume and sound quality. Recently passing by the establishment brought back fond memories, and I am delighted to see that it is still in operation. I intend to revisit them in the near future.

I dealt with Steve and he was pleasant in getting the claim process initiated for me and they had a really quick turnaround in getting my car back to me. When I went to pick up my car and pay the deductible, Manley was amazing at noticing something extra on my bill that the insurance should have covered and went above and beyond to hop on a call with the claims adjuster to figure it out for me. Great people all around, I would definitely recommend them!
