This was my first time bringing my car here and I just wanted somewhere honest and straightforward — no BS. That’s exactly what I got. My BMW’s AC was basically turning the car into a mobile sauna after about 30–60 minutes of driving. Todd seemed a bit intimidating at first but he took the time to really dig into the issue and actually called me with the diagnosis. He explained everything in clear, normal language — not trying to sell me a ton of extra stuff like the dealership usually does. When I picked the car up I had a couple of other questions, and he walked me through what to watch for in the future. The repair took a little time, but the honesty and patience were worth it. I will 1000% be bringing my car here again.

I’ve referred so many people to them to get their car fixed and they always tell me how grateful they were for the reference. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and fix whatever problem my car has had with a good turnaround time so I can get back on the road again!

I highly recommend them. I was with my prior mechanic for 5 years. Overtime, I could tell they took advantage of my lack of knowledge with cars and destroyed me financially. I went to Complete Auto and they took wonderful care of my car and took the time to explain things to me. They aren’t all about squeezing every penny out of you like other places. They are VERY reasonably priced, They made a new customer that day with me. Don’t get taken advantage of from other places and check them out.

I wish I could give even more stars. This shop came highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. Very honest, great work, low price. What else can you ask for? You have to drop your car off early, they don't take appts. Plan for it to be there all day. However, they fix what is wrong without trying to upsell you anything else. Straight forwards repair. This is what is wrong, this is what it will cost. I won't go anywhere else ever again!
