Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend careful consideration before taking vehicle to Cech Auto. I brought my Volvo XC90 in after clearly explaining that I had a “No Engine Oil Pressure Stop Safely” warning light and noticeable but minimal exhaust smoke after hitting a curb. These were my primary concerns of why my vehicle was towed in, and I expected the shop to focus on diagnosing and repairing the cause of those issues. Afterward, I was told my vehicle was brought in only for the oil pressure light, which does not reflect the concerns I communicated. My vehicle was towed in, which in itself indicates a serious mechanical issue that was not resolved through this service experience. I spoke with multiple representatives including owner Josh and management Carlos during this process. After raising concerns and attempting to seek clarification and resolution before pursuing legal action, I was told my emails documenting my concerns were being interpreted as threats and extortion. From my perspective as a consumer who has concerns regarding services rendered, I am within right to document the issues and my attempts to resolve them. I was charged and paid approximately $3,000 for various repairs and services that were not my initial issue as I trusted their expertise. I paid in good faith prior to assessing the vehicle myself and was told the repairs were completed. However, I was informed by Carlos that the vehicle still had black exhaust smoke and was told it would go away with continued driving. My original concerns were still not resolved at that time. After speaking with more reputable shops, I quickly realized the issue that should have been fixed FIRST was my Turbo. Yet the work performed focused on a synthetic oil change, brake pads and rotors, an engine flush, and an auxiliary battery; all repairs that should not have taken precedence over diagnosing the exhaust smoke issue. I approved these services based on their representation that they were necessary to resolve the problem. As a woman with little knowledge of cars, you feel taken advantage of. I simply wanted to ensure my children were safe in my vehicle. In later communication, I was told they were unaware of the exhaust issue, despite having raised it previously. This inconsistency was frustrating and left me feeling that my concerns were not properly documented or addressed during service. I also attempted to resolve the matter directly through calls and emails. In my experience, communication afterward was dismissive, unproductive, and unprofessional. My advice to consumers if you decide to use Cech: 1) Put 'every' concern in WRITING BEFORE approving work 2) Request written diagnostic findings tied to your specific complaint and have them confirm your issue will be resolved 3) Keep copies of all invoices, emails, texts, and call logs 4) Do not assume your issue has been resolved without clear confirmation 5) Consider a second opinion before authorizing expensive repairs 6) If you feel you have been wronged, litigate, and advocate for your rights I brought my vehicle in with a serious mechanical concern and left without resolution after significant expense. Based on my personal experience, I would not return and would encourage others to seek a more transparent and consistent repair shop. I retrieved my vehicle and am happy I found a reputable honest shop. ** It is also worth noting that in many of Cech Auto’s less favorable reviews here, there appears to be a pattern of public rebuttals that shift responsibility back to the customer or frame complaints as being "disappointed in the customer." (Below is a Photo of how my Volvo XC90 presented leaving their Shop - Days prior it was Black Exhaust, so I left it with them a second time) I later declined any additional work from them after the fact and made an informed decision that there are better and honest shops to be a loyal customer with.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Cech Auto! They replaced my brakes, pads, and drums, and performed an oil change, all with outstanding quality and attention to detail. The team was incredibly responsive, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure I felt confident in the necessary repairs. Their customer service truly stood out; I felt valued and respected as a customer. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I could immediately tell the difference in my vehicle's performance. Worse place to bring your car!! I bought my 2020 GMC Terrain in for a tune up later that day my power adapter blew a fuse took it back they charged me $55 to fix it and then later that day my passenger back turn signal went out, passenger daytime running light and my driver headlight don’t work now!! The fact that my personal information was put out there is a violation as a business owner for one and second I never talked to anyone other than the person typing the response, and third my power adapter only had one thing plugged in it for over a year and that was my dash cam, and no one wasn’t cussing on the other end of my phone is your going type a response make sure it’s accurate and review Florida laws!

Cech Auto runs an incredible shop. The work done on my vehicle was great and the customer service is top notch. Thank you Cech for the great work and honest advice.

I had a small mechanical issue with my wiper blade and they fixed it in 5 minutes without an appointment, and he said it was easy so he didn’t charge me. Very accommodating and friendly staff. I’ll take my car back here should I ever need to do any work on it.
