I normally don't give many reviews of businesses, but I must for Brad and Ashleigh. They recently took over BZ Auto service and they are absolutely amazing. It's really refreshing to go into a repair shop and know you're going to be dealt with respectfully and honestly. Brad is a highly trained and certified mechanic with years of experience and his wife Ashleigh runs the front office with the level of efficiency which is rare nowadays, but she does it in a way that it's very open and friendly. I have two older cars which they've worked on each in the past couple of months and Brad diagnosis your problem, explains it to you in great detail cuz he wants to be sure you understand what's going on and then gives you what options are available. Over the years when I talk to my friends about car mechanics I always say it's harder to find a good, honest mechanic that a great brain surgeon, well now I found my brain surgeon. And by the way their pricing is very fair for the quality of work. I just want to make sure they could make a go of it in Winter Park so they'll become a fixture here for the long term. Thank you guys.

I’ve been going here for about over 3 years while Jeff was the owner. Jeff is an awesome and honest mechanic and always gave the best price he possibly could. I recently just took my car in for some work and found that he retired and passed his shop down to a lovely couple. Brad and his wife (I completely forgot to ask for her name) are wonderful people and are just as honest as Jeff. They give the same quotes that Jeff would give and gave me their honest opinions about the issues I had with my car. I look forward to continuing all my vehicle needs with B Z Auto!

They took my car in right away, gave me much needed peace of mind and then even stopped traffic so I could pull out of their parking lot safely on a very busy road.
