I cannot say enough good things about Great Bear automotive. The service is impeccable from the moment you call to when you pick up your car. Special recognition for Juanita, she is amazing making you feel right at home when you come in. As a busy mom I was due for an oil change the day before Mother’s Day. Naturally running late…it’s no problem for them of course. I pick up my car… I thought I was in the wrong car. They cleaned out my car (it was a mess) and vacuumed it! The best Mother’s Day surprise. It’s been something I’ve been meaning to do for months! and they always check in afterwards to make sure everything is going well. All that to say is I will always recommend Great Bear and will continue bringing our cars here for many years to come! Thank you 😊

We arrived at about 3:30 p.m. and the receptionist treated our battery and a/c issues with great urgency. Technicians Mr. Anthony and Mr. Roy worked on the car until right before closing time at 5 p.m., and we left very satisfied. We are grateful for their exceptional customer service.

I brought my car in because of a whistling noise coming from the front of my car. The noise was not coming from a belt like I suspected, but they found the source of the problem, and Lenny stayed late to fix the problem (which required welding) so I wouldn’t have to extend my rental for another day. The noise is now gone. By the way, the staff is always friendly and empathetic. Thanks, Lenny, and GREAT BEAR AUTO!
