Highly recommend Weston Toyota! My service advisor, Bilal, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. I originally took my 2022 Tundra to Hollywood Toyota for two recall repairs — engine and fuel line. At that dealership, I made sure to ask upfront if my 6” lift would be a problem. I was told it wouldn’t be, since the suspension has nothing to do with the engine. A month later, I dropped my truck off at 7 AM. By 11 AM, I got a call saying they couldn’t do the engine swap because their cherry picker couldn’t reach. When I suggested lifting the truck and removing the wheels, they had no answer — just said, “It’s out of our hands,” and gave me Toyota Corporate’s number. No effort to help, no real explanation — just excuses. They completed the fuel line recall, but overall it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. That’s when I called Weston Toyota and spoke with Balil. I explained the situation, and they booked me for the very next day. I dropped the truck off at 10 AM and was given a rental car on the spot. By noon, Balil called to confirm they could do the job, with just 1.5 hours of extra labor to remove some aftermarket accessories due to the lift. At 5:30 PM, he even sent me a picture of my cab lifted and the engine out! My truck was ready the next day by 3 PM. Weston Toyota told me they handle 4–5 engine swaps per week, and they even had a spare engine in stock. The whole team clearly knows what they’re doing, and Balil made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you want it done right the first time — go to Weston Toyota and ask for Bilal!

Man on phone said okay. Didn’t tell me they close at 7. Spent money on an Uber there to pick up my car and they tell me the division who worked on my car is closed and that I’d have to wait 2 days until they get the keys. Wasted money on the Uber there and can’t drive for 2 days. Great
