Toyota Weston is a fantastic team! In just one hour, they performed several services on my car—specifically: an oil change, filter replacements, and a tire rotation. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff are true professionals. It’s a long drive for me—two hours—but I still prefer to have my car serviced by the team at Toyota Weston.
View on GoogleA few weeks ago my Toyota 4Runner began having issues starting. I bought it into the dealership to have it repaired. I described the issue the car was having with occasionally not wanting to start. The manager of the service department Daniel Webb listened and made me feel heard. He went above and beyond to ensure a thorough diagnostic was performed on the vehicle and that the correct repairs were made. He personally started the car several times every hour to ensure that no further issue arose and followed up with me regularly to provide a status update. My 4Runner is running great and I have not had any further issues. I am very pleased with the results of the repair and am thankful for Daniel’s outstanding customer service.
View on GoogleI had a scheduled appointment for 9:00 AM. After waiting in line for 40 minutes—and exactly as scheduled—I finally dropped off the car for service at 9:00 AM. It wasn't until around 3:30 PM—six hours later, and only after I had reached out to my service advisor—that I was contacted to be informed that work was finally about to begin on the vehicle, covering both the routine maintenance and the specific issues I had noted when dropping it off. The car wasn't ready until after 6:00 PM, and many of the items I had requested be checked remain exactly as they were when I first dropped the vehicle off.

This is last visit was for 1 of my 3 toyota from Weston’s AutoNation and I have always been well supported by the staff. I’m happy with the new management these recent years. Much improved and customer satisfaction is on their priority list. I’m happy that everything about my vehicles is transparently explained. I come from a family of mechanics so I know they do not try to oversell services. Thank you kind because my new vehicles are great and my 2017 is always running like new. So far it’s always been a great experience. I highly recommend AutoNation Weston Toyota.

I had purchased a service contract when I purchased my car and am always disappointed with that part of the experience because I feel that it was not explained properly and I was overcharged for services that I will never receive. Overall though the service experience is good and professional.
