On Saturday May 23 , while existing the Turnpike my trucks belt that controls the cooling, AC, power breaks failed. Before calling for a tow truck I searched for near by automotive repair, first one was Tire Kingdom. I spoke to Jeremy , he said they could work on it. I was worried because it’s a diesel. The tow truck was also awesome, was there in about 15 minutes. To make a long story short, the crew at tire kingdom had the truck repaired in about 1 hour. Not only the belt , but found one of the pulleys went bad causing the belt failure. I highly recommend this tire kingdom. From the time I broke down, had it towed , repaired, back on the road was about 90 minutes. The guys at tire kingdom were very nice and knowledgeable.

First I called about tire prices. The price quoted on the phone was reasonable but since they were to be front tires I asked if they could do a front end alignment on a dually. He said of course. Quoted me an out the door price that was competitive considering Walmart couldn’t do the front end alignment on a dually. So I made the appointment at 5pm. I got there and they pulled my truck in and had the front tires off and the new ones mounted and they were being balanced when the guy from the front desk came out and told me they couldn’t do a front end alignment on a dually. If that were the case i would have gone and gotten the Walmart tires for 1/3 of the price. I feel like I was totally taken advantage of there. Why couldn’t he tell me that at check in? Oh I know… it’s because they wanted my $550!! That was shady! #disappointed

These guys are awesome! They patched my tire after a big fat nail put me out of commission! They also tested my battery, ran the computer, and figured out what else was ailing my poor Toyota. Great group of employees! Knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic to your situation. 12/10
