Thank you Todd and your team at 3 Cuzins! I had my water pump replaced, crank case and valve cover gaskets, brakes done, Transmission fluid and filter changed, differential fluid changed, Oil changed, Spark Plugs, the whole Nine!!! The guys tackled that big project professionally, and with ease. There is NO WAY I could recommend any other repair shop other than 3 Cuzins after the experience I had with them! Top notch service!!! Very honest, and such a clean shop! That's how you know you have the best mechanics around!!! Go see for yourself, you will NOT be disappointed!!! Thanks again, 3 Cuzins!!! OUTSTANDING!!!

Not a shop you can trust! Believe all the horror stories what they did to others! I had a set appointment for 2:30 PM to get my power steering fixed tried to call all day but he would not pick up until it was near my time to go there. It is over 33 minutes away and I had no power steering. The owner had the nerve to break my appointment without even calling me to cancel! He blocked me from calling I had to use "67 to call otherwise I would have gone there for nothing! He did not even apologize to me for doing such a terrible thing to me without power steering which he was aware of! Not a nice guy to do this to me. He just likes to take the easy repairs which he charges way to much money for and ignores all others. Plus he wanted me to leave my car with him not repair it while I was there. L p

11/12 drove my car to 3 cuzins to diagnose a minor loss of brake fluid, and change and oil sending unit. they replaced a few lines and the unit and told me the job was done. When I go to pick the car up, it had no oil and no brakes. Three weeks later it still has no brakes, its now over filled with oil and being towed to a more reputable shop. Learn from the new shop, 3 cuzins blew up my master cylinder, wheel cylinders, put the proportioning valve in sideways and installed a GM valve 😳, bent and destroyed hard lines, split soft lines and essentially destroyed a 90% new brake system. This is all documented. Todd ruined alot of brand new parts just being incompetent. Now thankfully its home and I couldn't recommend Jimmy at "all car shop " in Kissimmee more. If anyone is interested he has a YouTube channel where it shows the repairs needed to fix Todds mistakes . On top of that Todd decided he wanted to bad mouth clients to other shops rather than be accountable.
