The individuals who serviced my truck included a seasoned expert in muffler installations and a father-and-son team of Puerto Rican heritage. Their collaborative effort resulted in an outstanding outcome, consistent with their initial explanation. The senior technician provided continuous updates throughout the service. Despite my truck being the first 2026 model he had encountered this year, he successfully completed the installation. I believed that I needed to change out the catalytic converter and instead of saying, bring it in like I’m accustomed to hearing, Gil took the time for me to walk him through the symptoms and he made some different recommendations that I can do myself, but if I come up short, I’m going straight to Andy’s.
