I cannot say enough good things about Hector and the service he provided. From my first text message to having my tire repaired and being back on the road, the entire process took less than an hour including his travel time. I called Mobile Tire Specialists one evening, and they were able to come out the very next morning, which was incredibly convenient. I always like to compare pricing, so for reference, Sam’s Club was about $70 cheaper and Discount Tire was around $40 cheaper on a tire that costs over $600. However, Sam’s wouldn’t be available for about 4 days, and Discount Tire would have taken at least a day or two. Since I had a bubble in my tire, I didn’t feel comfortable driving or waiting, so the convenience Mobile Tire Specialists offered was absolutely worth the small price difference. They completed the installation in about 15 minutes and did a great job. Would definitely recommend for anyone who values speed, convenience, and quality service.
